"Boo at the Zoo" Columbus, OH

Sierra treated us to a visit at the fantastic Columbus Zoo!

Danelle, the next pic is for you- 

There were all kinds of sweet children dressed in costumes.

(I didn't take pictures of them because I didn't want to upset their parents.)

We saw buffalo roam,

overheard a couple bald eagles cracking up

that

their food wasn't nearly raw enough

(wasn't sqirming)

For a moment, we thought we were in Athens OH

Bobcat sends his best to Jamie, Mike and Nikki!

This guy didn't laugh at Si's bear butt joke

 but, we did.

We learned about Colo, a majestic gorilla. They had that section blocked off.

We have something to look forward to for the next Columbus Zoo trip!

There would be pictures of otters, kangaroos, manatees, and other such delightful creatures, except my camera battery died. I will borrow pics from Si to finish this. Until then, thank you, Poppet, for the
best Halloween! We were happy that there was a Jason's Deli and Krispy Kreme nearby.
We were able to complete the day reading Junie B. Jones at Starbuck's.
